Closing Master is a mobile application for iPhone and Android designed for field service technicians to track job earnings, commissions, and profits. The Service includes features such as job logging, AI-powered dispatch parsing, report reconciliation, invoice generation, and earnings analytics.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including job records, company information, invoices, and uploaded reports. We do not claim any ownership over your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
The Service includes AI-powered features such as dispatch parsing and report analysis. These features are provided "as is" and may not always produce accurate results. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated data before relying on it. We are not liable for any errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
The Service provides tools for generating invoices and tracking financial data. The Service is not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your financial records and compliance with applicable tax laws.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide support via email.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Closing Master and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data before account deletion.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOSING MASTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
