Closing Master ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Closing Master mobile application and website (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and phone number (optional).
Authentication Data: If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from those providers. We do not receive or store your Google or Apple password.
Job Data: Information you enter about your jobs, including addresses, prices, parts costs, commissions, and payment details.
Company Data: Company names, commission rates, and credit card fee percentages you configure.
Uploaded Reports: Company settlement reports you upload for reconciliation.
Invoice Data: Invoice details and digital signatures you create within the app.
Device Information: Device type, operating system, and app version for troubleshooting and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
Authenticate your identity and secure your account
Calculate earnings, commissions, and profits
Generate invoices and reports
Analyze dispatch messages using AI to extract job details
Reconcile uploaded reports against logged jobs
Send transactional emails (verification codes, invoices)
Provide customer support

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides enterprise-grade PostgreSQL databases with row-level security. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Supabase: Database hosting and authentication
Google Sign-In: Optional authentication provider
Apple Sign-In: Optional authentication provider
Anthropic (Claude AI): AI-powered dispatch parsing and report analysis (your dispatch text is processed but not stored by the AI provider)
RevenueCat: Subscription and in-app purchase management
Sentry: Crash and error reporting (technical diagnostics such as device model, OS version, and error details)
Resend: Delivery of transactional emails such as verification codes

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data as described above with service providers necessary to operate the Service, or if required by law.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and data
Export your job and earnings data

8. Biometric Data

If you enable Face ID or Touch ID sign-in, your biometric data is processed entirely on your device by Apple's authentication framework. We never receive, store, or transmit your biometric data.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
